Adding Background Graphics and Removing Headers & Footers from Printed Forms

Here is a helpful article on how to add background graphics and remove headers and footers from printed forms.

Internet Explorer 11

1. Open Internet Explorer 11
2. Click on the gear  at the top right
3. Hover above Print
4. Then click Page Setup
5. Check the box for Print Background Colors and Images
6. In the Headers and Footers section, set all fields to Empty.
7. Click OK button to save changes

Google Chrome

1. Click on the Print button
2. In the print preview, click on + More Settings option to expand
3. In the Options section, un-check the Headers and footers option
4. Also check the Background graphics option.
5. Click on the Print button 

Firefox

1. Click the menu button  and then click Print.
2. In the Print Preview window that opens, click on the Page Setup button
3. On the Page Setup window, in the Format & Option tab, un-check the Print Background (colors & images) option.
4. Next click the Margins & Header/Footer tab
5. In the Headers & Footers section, make sure that all fields are set to blank
6. Click on the OK button to save changes

Safari

1. Open Safari and the page you want to print
2. Click File at the top
3. At the bottom, click on Show Details
4. Check Background Images
5. Then print
