Employees may want to have their absence event updated or cancelled, so we’ve made this easy to do.
- If you need to view the details or update an absence event, you can either select it from the date on the All Employees calendar or go directly to that employee’s calendar.
- After selecting the date, you will see a list of events occurring on that date.
- Select the event you want to manage.
- You are able to easily edit the absence code, date, time bank and notes.
- Click on Save button to save your changes.
- Your changes will be reflected on the calendars.
