How to Preview a Training

It’s important to preview a training before assigning it to employees so you know what kind of content your employees are receiving. Remember, all content is developed by our in-house legal team so you can be sure the trainings are fully compliant.

1. To preview a training, click on the + Assign button on the Assignments page.
2. In the Assign Training slide-out, you will see the different training cards.
3. Click on the Preview option on any of the training cards.
4. After you select the preview icon, the training page will open up.
5. As part of previewing a training, you can:

• View all video sections
• Go through the review questions
• View the video transcripts for each video section
• Download the full training transcript

6. You can exit the preview at any time by selecting the ‘X’ close icon on top right or selecting the Exit button.
