Submit a Time Off Request for an Employee

Here are the easy steps for employees to submit their time-off requests:

1. After logging in, click on the Time Off Request app icon.
2. Click on the Request Time Off button at the top right.
3. In the Time Off Request and Approval form, under the Request Detail section, enter the reason for your request.
4. Select the type of request: Paid or Unpaid.
5. In the Calendar View, select the start date of this request. Notice that, when you click on the date, the form will shift from Calendar to List View.
6. Here is where you may select the start date, end date and the amount of time the employee would like to take off each day.
7. Under the Select End Date field, you will see the Total Time Requested field that has automatically calculated the total time of this request.
8. Click on the Submit button to send the request to the manager or supervisor.
