Here are some steps to submit a Time Off Request for an employee:
- In the Time Off Request page, click on the Request Time Off button.
- Select the employee by clicking on his or her name.
- On the Time Off Request and Approval form, enter the employee's information in the required fields on the form.
- In the Calendar View, select the start date of this request and you will see that, when you select the date, the form will shift from Calendar to List View.
- Here is where you may select the start date, end date and the amount of time the employee would like to take off for that day or multiple days.
- Under the Select End Date field, you will see the Total Time Requested field with the total time of this request.
- In the Request Authorization section, enter Comments and select the Absence Code for this time off request.
- Click on either the Approve or Deny button to save time-off request.
