View the History of an Employee Warning Notice

When an Employee Warning Notice is created for an employee, the Progressive Discipline app will create an audit trail that will show the history detailing every action that was made to the warning notices, who completed the action, and when.

1. To view an Employee’s Warning Notice History on a specific warning notice, search for the employee by Search by Name, Violation Type or Warning Notice Status
2. Click on the employee’s name that is under the warning notice that you would to view.
3. On the top right, click on the View History button to open the Employee Warning Notice History page.
4. The Employee Warning Notice History will show the Date/Time, User and Activity for that particular employee warning notice.

Remember that every time you or a manager/supervisor makes a change to a particular Employee Warning Notice, it will be recorded in the Employee Warning Notice History.
