The New Jersey Family and Medical Leave policy was amended to apply to employers with 30 or more employees. This is to reflect an expansion in the law to apply to more employers which has gone into effective as of June 30, 2019.
However, in order to make sure you are in full compliance, please replace your current family and medical leave policy with the updated policy.
