Here is a helpful article on how to send a job application to an applicant through the Applicant Tracking app.
*Important Note* To send a job application from the Applicant Tracking app, you must also have the Job Application app subscription.
- After logging in, click on the Applicant Tracking app on the Home Screen.
- On the Applicants page, if you haven't added the applicant, do that first.
- Click here to learn How to Add an Applicant
- After adding the applicant, click on the applicant's name on the Applicant List.
- In the applicant's profile slide out panel, click on the Job Application tab.
- Click on the Send Job Application button.
- You may edit the Subject line or Message box if you want to personalize those fields.
- When you are ready to send job application to applicant, click on the Send button.
