Here is a helpful article on how to change an applicant's status/stage.
- After logging in, click on the Applicant Tracking app on the Home Screen.
- On the Applicant Tracking page, click on the applicant's name to open the slide out panel.
- In the applicant's slide out panel, click on the Move To... button on the top right.
- Select the stage that you would like this applicant to be placed in
- A pop-up window will appear, select a manager/employee to be assigned to this stage.
- Click on the Submit button.
- Now that the applicant's status has changed, a notification email was sent to the manager/employee that was assigned to this stage to complete.
