Employees can update their W-4 information in their profiles if they have the "View & Update Personal Contact Information" permission. The Account Owner will receive an email anytime an employee updates their own W-4 information
Employees can update any employee’s W-4 information if they have the “View & Update All Employee Information” permission. The Account Owner will receive an email anytime an employee updates another employee’s W-4 information.
Account Owners will not receive an email if they update another employee’s W-4 information.
