Welcome to the Job Application Smart App. Let's get started!
1) Click on the Job Application icon to open the app.
2) A Welcome message will appear. After you read the message, click the Next button when you are ready to proceed.
3) The Company Information screen will appear. Enter your company name and company address. Click the check box to verify that you understand that your company’s information may update if you entered different information from your initial setup. Then, click the Next button once you are ready to proceed.
4) You will be prompted to Select a State. Select the state for which you will be creating your company’s job applications. This should be the state in which your business operates. By default, the state that you entered in the Company Information in the previous step will appear as the selected state. You can change the state if needed and click the Save button.
5) You're now ready to print, or share your application online or email a candidate directly.
