Here's how to turn on or off both default and custom absence codes:
- After logging in, click the Attendance Calendar icon.
- On the Attendance Calendar page, select the Settings option.
- In the Absence Codes section, you can choose to activate or deactivate a code.
- Activate an absence code: click in the box next to the absence and a check mark will appear.
- Deactivate an absence code: click in the box next to the absence and the check mark will disappear.
- When you are done activating or deactivating the absence codes, click the Save button to save your changes.
